Prodie Santé is now part of the list of NHS recruitment agencies in the UKPro

The NHS is the United Kingdom’s public health system known as the National Health Service. According to official data, 35% of nurses and 16% of all NHS health staff come from other countries. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the need to increase the supply of healthcare workers in England.
To promote international collaborations that meet the highest ethical standards, the national agency has implemented a code of practice for the international recruitment of healthcare workers in England. This forms part of the UK’s contribution to global mobility of healthcare workers which benefits migrants, their home countries and the UK. Prodie Santé is proud to announce that our company has adhered to the new code and its fundamental principles of transparency and fairness. As a result, we are now on the NHS draft list. The protection of labor rights and the promotion of safe working environments for all workers is one of the goals of the SDGs related to work (Goal 8: Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all) . Prodie Santé works with an international team of health professionals, therefore the company must defend the interests of workers when they are employed in other countries. Our agency is also a member of the United Nations Global Compact and reaffirms its commitment to its principles. We want to make sure that labor migration is always a choice and that workers are protected by regulated and fair agreements that respect human rights, the rights of workers and all migrants.
